Triathlons--Spring Training

Ok, so it's not even spring, but I decided to start my half Ironman training in February. Close enough.

So within the next few days, I have to sit down and create my training plan. From which, I am sure I will deviate.

My winter training plan fell to the wayside and I ate a lot over the holidays. I'm sure I put several pounds back on, but I haven't weighed myself in ages. I refuse. What counts is that my size 6 jeans still fit.

Tomorrow, I will write out my plan. Tomorrow morning, I will run on the treadmill.
